Mr. Anyanwu
Early years and religious studies teacher, Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Middle School
- 1989 to 2015
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and 26 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Anyanwu
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

I failed early years twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you. Greetings from Gujranwala.
