I teach social studies at Unity Middle School in Leeds since 1996. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Mr. Andrews: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
