Mr. Amin
Art and biology teacher, Shubra
- 🇪🇬 Shubra, Cairo, Egypt
- Shubra Public School
- 1999 to 2024
- English, Arabic
For 25 years I was the art teacher at Shubra Public School. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Amin
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mr. Amin: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
