Mr. Amarasinghe
Teacher at Jaffna Middle School, loves agriculture
- 🇱🇰 Jaffna, Northern, Sri Lanka
- Jaffna Middle School
- Since 1986
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 40 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Thank you for stopping by.

What gifts mean to Mr. Amarasinghe: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
