Mr. Alves

History and design and technology teacher, Campinas

  • 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Brookfield Technical College
  • 1990 to 2024
  • Portuguese
I taught history at Brookfield Technical College in Campinas from 1990 to 2024. Most days I taught Year 10, and I answered every email, even at midnight. Over the years I had 650 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Mr. Alves

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
