Mr. Álvarez
Taught design and technology at Westbrook Secondary School
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- Westbrook Secondary School
- 1986 to 2008
- English
For 22 years I was the design and technology teacher at Westbrook Secondary School. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Álvarez
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me design and technology in 2012 at Westbrook Secondary School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Truly.
