Mr. Alvarado
Retired history teacher from Sacramento Public School
- 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States
- Sacramento Public School
- 2008 to 2020
- English
I taught history at Sacramento Public School in Sacramento from 2008 to 2020. Most days I taught Year 7, and my door was open at lunch.
Over the years I had 650 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Alvarado
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me history in 2021 at Sacramento Public School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
