Mr. Alvarado
Special education teacher at Holy Cross Academy, Since 2011
- 🇺🇸 Savannah, Georgia, United States
- Holy Cross Academy
- Since 2011
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 15 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I play music while people worked.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

You taught me special education in 2021 at Holy Cross Academy. I still remember the surprise birthday cake.
