Mr. Alvarado
Home economics and religious studies teacher, Leeds
- 🇬🇧 Leeds, England, United Kingdom
- Queensway Secondary School
- 2012 to 2021
- English
I taught home economics at Queensway Secondary School in Leeds from 2012 to 2021. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I learned every name in the first week.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Alvarado
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Alvarado: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
