Mr. Almeida
Early years and English literature teacher, Uberlândia
- 🇧🇷 Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Valley View Middle School
- 2004 to 2023
- Portuguese, Spanish
I taught early years at Valley View Middle School in Uberlândia from 2004 to 2023. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I learned every name in the first week.
I ran the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Almeida
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Almeida: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
