I teach mathematics and design and technology at Northside Girls' School, Cardiff. My door was open at lunch.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Alexander
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
