Mr. Alcantara
Teacher at Makati Technical College, loves early years

I teach early years at Makati Technical College in Makati since 1997. Most days I teach primary school children, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I've had 870 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Mr. Alcantara: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
