Mr. Alabi

23 years teaching special education in Kano

  • 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
  • Kano Primary School
  • Since 2016
  • English
For ten years I have been the special education teacher at Kano Primary School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Mr. Alabi

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
