Mr. Akinwale
Retired geography teacher from Liberty Academy
- 🇳🇬 Nnewi, Anambra, Nigeria
- Liberty Academy
- 2015 to 2025
- English, Hausa
For ten years I was the geography teacher at Liberty Academy. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Akinwale
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Akinwale: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me geography in 2017 at Liberty Academy. I still remember the rainy sports day.

I failed geography twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you. Greetings from Cairo.
