For 20 years I have been the biology teacher at Onitsha High School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Akinwale
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Akinwale: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
