Mr. Aguilar
19 years teaching economics in Barranquilla
- 🇨🇴 Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia
- Barranquilla Middle School
- 1984 to 1994
- Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and ten years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Mr. Aguilar
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Aguilar: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
