Mr. Adam
17 years teaching home economics in Saint-Denis

- Since 1986

For 40 years I have been the home economics teacher at Saint-Denis Secondary School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
