Mr. Acosta
20 years teaching accounting in Tacoma
- 🇺🇸 Tacoma, Washington, United States
- Beacon High School
- 2013 to 2022
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 170 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Mr. Acosta: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

I was in your the youngest children class in 2023. You believed I could do it before I did! Greetings from San Diego.

you taught me accounting in 2020 at Beacon High School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on
