Mr. Abera
20 years teaching statistics in Jimma
- 🇪🇹 Jimma, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Since 1987
- English
For 39 years I have been the statistics teacher at Jimma Primary School. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 2,070 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Abera
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Abera: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
