Mr. Abe
Teacher at Victory Grammar School, loves social studies
- 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
- Victory Grammar School
- 2010 to 2023
- English, Japanese
For 13 years I was the social studies teacher at Victory Grammar School. I taught the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Abe
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Abe: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me social studies in 2017 at Victory Grammar School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

You taught me social studies in 2010 at Victory Grammar School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected.
