Mr. Abate
Retired drama teacher from Stonebridge High School
- 🇪🇹 Jimma, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Stonebridge High School
- 1983 to 2014
- English, Amharic
I taught drama and English literature at Stonebridge High School, Jimma. I never turned anyone away.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Mr. Abate
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Abate: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
