I taught English literature at Eastgate Girls' School in Los Angeles from 2011 to 2020. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I had 360 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Mr. Abad: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
