Mpho H. Mabaso

Self-taught woodcarving artist

  • 🇿🇦 Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
  • Little Victory Studio
  • Since 2009
  • English
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes watercolor. My first show was in 2009 at Little Victory Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I also teach a weekly class at Little Victory Studio, which keeps me honest. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Mpho

I've had 8 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
