Moumita Tania Miah

Mentor in nursing and leadership

  • 🇧🇩 Narayanganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Narayanganj Foundation
  • Since 2016
  • English, Bengali
For ten years I've mentored people in nursing and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

More about Moumita

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
