Moritz Oskar Mayer
Mentor in nursing and engineering
- 🇩🇪 Dresden, Saxony, Germany
- Dresden Mentoring Circle
- 1995 to 2011
- German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 960 people through Dresden Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Moritz
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
