Mónica T. Solís

Self-taught woodcarving artist

  • 🇲🇽 Coyoacán, Ciudad de México, Mexico
  • Little Pioneer Pottery
  • Since 1996
  • Spanish
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes watercolor. My first show was in 1996 at Little Pioneer Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I carry a notebook everywhere. My studio is always a bit of a mess.

More about Mónica

I've had 13 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
