Helping people break into software

For 19 years I've mentored people in software and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Mónica
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
