For 32 years I have been the physical education teacher at Sacramento Technical College. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,120 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Mónica: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
