For 18 years I was the accounting teacher at San Jose Boys' School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
