Helping people break into design

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,510 people through Barcelona Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
What gifts mean to Mónica: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
