Mónica L. Solís
Barbecue and baking cook
- 🇲🇽 Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico
- The Phoenix Grill
- Since 2005
- Spanish
I'm a cook. Barbecue is my specialty and I'll happily argue about it.
My recipes mostly come from my older brother. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mónica
I still cook the same soup every Friday.
