Mónica K. Orozco
Engineering mentor, La Plata
- 🇦🇷 La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- La Plata Mentoring Circle
- Since 2003
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,130 people through La Plata Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
