I teach special education at Mount Pleasant Secondary School in Cali since 2012. Most days I teach the youngest children, and I never raise my voice.
I've run the running club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mónica
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mónica: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
