Mónica Bravo
Professor of materials science, Silverlake University
- 🇲🇽 Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico
- Silverlake University
- 1998 to 2022
- Spanish
I taught materials science at Silverlake University from 1998 to 2022, and supervised 42 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I garden badly but happily.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mónica
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Mónica: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
