Baking, done properly
- 🇹🇭 Phuket, Phuket, Thailand
- Northside Workshop
- Since 1983
- English, Thai
I've worked in baking since 1983. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,720 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I fix old bicycles.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
