Mongkol Mongkol Ampai
Drums player and teacher in Bangkok
- 🇹🇭 Bangkok, Bangkok, Thailand
- Bangkok Orchestra
- 1983 to 2021
- English
I play drums and classical. I started in 1983 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I carry a notebook everywhere.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mongkol
I wrote my first song when I was 15. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Mongkol: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.

I still have the recording from that night at Bangkok Orchestra! Truly.
