Mona Nour Hamdan
Mentor in law school and leadership
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Lincoln Mentoring Circle
- Since 1991
- English, Arabic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,020 people through Lincoln Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mona
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Mona: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
