For ten years I've run the cycling program at Giza Athletic Club in Giza. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Mona
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Mona: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
