For 18 years I've run the wrestling program at Salem Valley View Youth Club in Salem. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Mohit: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
