Mohan L. Rao
Mentor in recovery and design
- 🇮🇳 Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Lucknow Youth Network
- Since 1987
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,830 people through Lucknow Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mohan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
