Helping people break into design
- 🇮🇳 Durgapur, West Bengal, India
- St. Anne's Foundation
- 1996 to 2015
- English
For 19 years I've mentored people in design and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Mohan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
