I coached hockey at Thane St. Mary's Boxing Gym from 1981 to 1992. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
