Modupe Ngozika Adebayo
Youth martial arts coach and mentor
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Highland Athletic Club
- 2002 to 2022
- English, Igbo, Spanish
I coached martial arts at Lagos Highland Athletic Club from 2002 to 2022. Most of my players were between 9 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.
More about Modupe
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Modupe: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
