Modupe Daramola
Saxophone and drums teacher
- 🇳🇬 Enugu, Enugu, Nigeria
- Riverside Quartet
- 1991 to 2002
- English
I play saxophone and drums. I started in 1991 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 19 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Modupe: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
