Mitu Shima Mia
Mentor in careers and public speaking
- 🇬🇧 Bristol, England, United Kingdom
- Bristol Association
- Since 1990
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,660 people through Bristol Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mitu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
