I've been a nurse for 26 years, most of them in orthopedics at Narayanganj Community Hospital in Narayanganj. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
