Helping people break into public speaking
- 🇮🇳 Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Kanpur Foundation
- 2016 to 2025
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 270 people through Kanpur Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Mitu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
