Mitu Nargis Jahan
Biology and chemistry teacher, Savar
- 🇧🇩 Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Eastgate Technical College
- Since 1984
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 42 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mitu
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

you taught me biology in 2017 at Eastgate Technical College. I still remember the end-of-term party
