Mitu Mousumi Paul
Volunteer mentor with Windsor Foundation
- 🇧🇩 Chattogram, Chattogram, Bangladesh
- Windsor Foundation
- 1982 to 2003
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,180 people through Windsor Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Mitu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Mitu: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
