Miss Yalçın

French teacher at Brookfield Middle School, Since 1989

🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
Since 1989
English, Turkish

I teach French at Brookfield Middle School in Istanbul since 1989. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I never raise my voice. I've coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm still learning every day.

More about Miss Yalçın

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

Subjects taught

French History Chemistry

What gifts mean to Miss Yalçın: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
